Mental Health and Traditional Chinese Medicine – Open Day with Holistic Acupuncture Wellington
6 Oct, 2018 @ 9:30 am - 4:00 pmFREE
Mental health awareness week is on 8th – 14th of October.
There will be different events across Aotearoa, in the aim of bringing more knowledge and tools, for people who are affected by trauma and suffer from mental health.
We all experience it to a certain degree and the scale of it is huge!
Whether it is your colleague, a friend or family member. So many around us suffer from “it”, and we don’t always know what to say or do.
For some it is feeling flat, sad or can’t sleep. For others, it is profound depression that prevents them from integrating with society, enabling work or having to be depended on government support.
I will love to invite you to come in and have a chat about the treatment of mental health with traditional Chinese medicine. This is done predominately through the application of acupuncture, diet, tuina (massage), cupping and exercise.
Ask questions, get involved and be your own judge. Come in and gain creative tools that are seeded in ancient wisdom.
Give acupuncture a go if you are interested. It is here and available for you.
Koha clinic will be available in community setting on Saturday 6th 9.30AM-4PM inside Mana Natural Health and Beauty shop, next to Palmers.
I look forward meeting with you on the 6th.
